Together we can change the world…

Blazing a new Trail

I am proof there is hope, and I want to release more of it into the world. My goal is to bridge the gap between the professional and the personal because…I’ve lived it.

My Expertise

As a survivor of familial child s*x trafficking , a person living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), and expert doctor of psychology, I want to break the chains of misunderstanding and promote acceptance and healing for those with lived experiences of mental health and trauma. I want to help others understand trauma, dissociation, and mental health as well as connect others who need support via community mentorship.

The purpose behind Alterchology and how I Serve

I care about all human beings and in the recent years and as a result of my own journey I have developed a soft spot in my heart for serving the community at large by sharing my lived experience as a survivor and combining that with my professional education, knowledge, training and expertise. I enjoy serving my fellow dissociatives through the Trailblazing the Way (formerly Braving the Way) dissociative community mentorship program and decided to shift the next phase of my career on serving the dissociative community and the community at large.

CONSULTATION:I work best with private practices, organizations, and other mental health professionals who are ready to elevate their knowledge and understanding of trauma and dissociation to improve not only their own knowledge and education but those who are committed to delivering quality care to those who have endured trauma. I am most passionate about assisting professionals and organizations who have the desire, compassion and empathy to work with people with DID and whom are committed to doing no harm. Initial consulting fees starting at $250 per hour with two hour minimum booking. Consulting packages available.

MENTORSHIP:I support individuals living with DID looking to connect on a peer to peer level through my Trailblazing the Way (formerly Braving the Way) Dissociative Community Mentorship Program. The program is best for those who are ready to learn how to take care of their parts, are looking to feel seen, validated and heard by their peers and who are respectful of the boundaries, the process and the commitment that is living life with DID. The Trailblazing the Way Dissociative Community Mentorship 8 week program is $1250.00.

MENTAL HEALTH MEDIA EXPERT: I enjoy supporting the community at large as an event speaker and media expert for television and film. Media inquires must be ethical and non-exploitive. Respective fees apply. Minimum media retaining fees start at $10,000.00.

Expert Mental Health Speaker

Elevate understanding. Banish shame. Uplift your audience.

From resiliency and embracing your inner warrior to cultivating self-compassion, eliminating the stigmas around mental health and providing clarity and the latest treatment steps for dissociative identity disorder (DID), the signature keynotes I offer are intended to inspire, educate and uplift your audience to unlock personal and professional understanding.

And, hey, these topics don’t have to be heavy and serious. I tend to infuse my unique, cheeky sense of humor to lighten the conversation where appropriate.

Treatment Plan Consultant

Create a holistic treatment plan. Educate your team. Feel empowered for your patients.

I partner with mental health professionals for complete treatment plans to consider the whole patient. I approach these conversations with a multifaceted approach because I understand dissociative identity disorder (DID) from the inside out as both the patient and the professional.

I’m here to help you—the therapist, private practice, recovery center and the academic institution—to create the solutions you need to serve your community.

Workshop Facilitator

Dig deeper. Grow your sense of trust. Connect with the real you.

You don’t have health without mental health and I want to empower and open up the conversation about it for trauma survivors (that’s the “big T” and “little t” traumas) and those who are seeking understanding. My message inspires survivors to step into their truth, and take back their voice, and overcome the limiting beliefs that have held them back. I reach people where they are by sharing my nearly two decades of experience as both a mental health professional and my personal experience as a trauma survivor and person living with dissociative identity disorder (DID).

I want to help people rise to their FULL potential and discover their own resiliency.
