Trailblazing Trafficking Survivor
Change Maker
I have come forward. I am a survivor of familial child s*x trafficking, a person living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), consultant, speaker, author, community connector and mentor. I believe there is always hope. For 23 years I worked in mental health. As consultant, inspirational speaker, experiential retreat facilitator, and mentor. I help communities of people step into their truths and find freedom from what’s holding them back. We do this through customized workshops, retreats, and mentorship programs.
I also help communities step into their truth and provide guidance to mental health professionals and programs who want a holistic approach to their treatment plans.
I’m here to break the stigma around trauma, trafficking, and mental health conditions by sharing my advanced understanding and experience as a psychologist, and my personal story as a survivor of extreme trauma and a person living with a highly misunderstood mental health condition.
You can still have joy as you embrace your healing and learn to shine your light!
You can turn your pain into purpose.
I am here to help the community at large!

I am proof there is hope, and I want to release more of it into the world. My goal is to bridge the gap between the professional and the personal because… I’ve lived it. I am on a mission to bring hope, love, and inspiration to the world.
As the author of One Soul, Multiple Expressions: POEMS BY THE PARTS, this poetry collection traverses the many stages of healing, and shows how creative expression can teach us how to survive horrific trauma. Even amid darkness, healing is possible. My hope was to bridge the gap between survivors and practitioners, bringing a message of hope that they are not alone. Truth, pain, and beauty reside within these pages.
As such, I’m honored to offer you a look inside the book, with a free download of our poem: Different
**Note: Please read with care. This book is meant for mature audiences given there is mention of trauma and abuse.
