Beyond The Stage

My Book: One Soul

Multiple Expressions: Poems By The Parts

Adrian Fletcher's debut poetry collection is a mediative journey through familial child sex trafficking and dissociative identity disorder (DID). One Soul, Multiple Expressions: Poems by the Parts is a lyrical exploration of abject loneliness and exploitation to finding and building community together. This collection traverses the many stages of healing and shows how creative expression can teach us how to survive horrific trauma. Even amid darkness, healing is possible. Adrian hopes to bridge the gap between survivors and practitioners, bringing a message of hope that they are not alone. Truth, pain, and beauty reside within these pages.

Tugs-of-War Within Us: Therapists’ Revelations of Their Own Internal Conflicts by Gill Frost

In this forthcoming collection exploring the hidden inner worlds of therapists, Dr. Adrienne (Adrian Fletcher) shares a deeply personal and professionally nuanced reflection on living and working as a psychologist with dissociative identity disorder (DID).

Her chapter offers a rare glimpse into the evolving experience of identity, healing, and integration, including the fusion of “Nancy,” a long-held clinician identity within her internal system. Blending vulnerability, lived experience, and psychological insight, the piece explores the complexities of trauma recovery, therapist humanity, and the transformative nature of personal identity.

Through honesty and courage, Dr. Adrienne contributes to a growing conversation about dissociation, integration, and what it means to heal while simultaneously holding space for others.

The DID and OSDD Handbook

The DID and OSDD Handbook is a supportive, accessible guide to life with dissociative identity disorder (DID), other specified dissociative disorder (OSDD) and partial dissociative identity disorder (P-DID), based on author Ella Everett's experience living with DID.

Answering questions from 'What is it like to live with DID and OSDD?' to 'What does recovery look like?' and covering topics such as seeking diagnosis, practical coping skills and navigating relationships, this guide is designed to dip in and out of as needed. Throughout, Ella works to address the lack of awareness and understanding of DID and OSDD in society, and challenge the harmful stereotypes often associated with these conditions.

This essential handbook offers kindness, understanding, recognition and representation for everyone living with DID and OSDD, as well as mental health professionals, therapists and those who support them.
